There are moments that remind us why community, connection, and celebrating women matter so much. The Step Up Inspiration Awards was one of those moments.
I was honored to attend this inspiring event as an Event Partner for Grace & Steel Jewelry, an opportunity that brought together incredible women, leaders, changemakers, and supporters who are making a difference in their communities and beyond.
As a company built around strength, confidence, and celebrating the remarkable women we encounter every day, being part of an event dedicated to recognizing women who step up and inspire others felt especially meaningful.
570 Ways to Celebrate
For the event, Grace & Steel provided 570 items for attendees. That number represents more than just products. It represents 570 opportunities to share a little encouragement, appreciation, and Grace & Steel spirit with women who came together to celebrate achievement and inspiration.
We believe that the smallest gesture can sometimes make someone feel seen, valued, and celebrated. Being able to contribute to an event with such a powerful focus makes providing these items particularly special.
Inspired by the Women in the Room
One of my favorite parts of attending events like this is hearing the incredible stories behind the women being celebrated. The Inspiration Awards highlighted women like Demi Moor and Ali Larter who are using their voices, talents, experiences and platform to create meaningful change.
While celebrating and highlighting the young girls whose stories are a reminder that inspiration doesn't always look the same. Sometimes its found in a bold career move. Sometimes its found in supporting another woman. Sometimes its simply having the courage to step forward and make a difference.
That spirit is something we at Grace & Steel Jewelry deeply believe in. Our name itself reflects two qualities we see in so many inspiring women; grace and strength. Grace is how we treat others. Steel is the courage it takes to keep moving forward.
As a small business owner, I feel proud to be invited by the Step Up Organization to be an Event Partner and to be featured alongside bigger brands. That speaks volumes for a small, minority business owner.
Why Partnerships Like This Matter
Being an event partner isn't simply about showing up. It's about investing in a community and helping create experiences that people remember. We were proud to to be an Event Partner and in the room surrounded by people who believe in recognizing and uplifting others.
Events like this create connections. They give women an opportunity to celebrate one another, share their stories, and leave feeling inspired to take the next step. And sometimes that next step begins with simply knowing that someone believes in you.
